ALBUM REVIEW

"Silver Knights" by It Lives, It Breathes
Written by: Courtney

Today the band It Lives, It Breathes came out with a brand new album called, ‘Silver Knights’. This album features an album titled song PLUS many more! The album is full of variation of vocals, beats, guitar, etc. Let’s not forget the album also includes guests such as Jonny Craig and Kyle Lucas! So, shall we get on with this kick ass album?!

Pieces of this album that stand out most in this album are ‘World War Me’, ‘Love on Repeat’ and let’s not forget the album titled song, ‘Silver Knights’. The whole album overall was OUTSTANDING!

The vocals differed between vocal ranges and sounds. There was singing and screaming, but it wasn’t consistent they had an assortment of sounds. The beats were AMAZING! The beats blended in with electronic sounds and guitars very well, and on top of that all the vocals made it 10 times better! It’ll be definitely something that gets your head banging! The song ‘Got No Time’ is for sure to make you dance! The song itself is catchy, has a head banging worthy beat AND guitar solos layered over drum beats and electronics. ‘World War Me’ has a good message in the lyrics. “Just when you think you’ve won. I’m showing showing you what”, this lyric on particular has the song name written all over it. When your mind take control and you think for a minute you can’t, your mind thinks it wins BUT you prove your mind/self wrong, hence the term World War Me.

Well done It Lives, It Breathes.. 8 out of 10 because it is VERY well put together and we love the fact there are variations of sound! We could say because of the sound variation that they are experimenting with some sound.. Can’t wait to see what they have in store next time!

It Lives, It Breathes is from Stay Sick Records and we highly suggest you go and check them out if you already haven’t! These ‘Silver Knights’ in armor are out with this new and amazing album NOW! So what are you waiting for?! Go and get it on iTunes! Let us know what you think!
